The people who give everything deserve a reward that means something. Ireland delivers that — and so do we.
A dinner is forgotten. A trip to Ireland with Top Shelf Golf is not. We design bespoke corporate experiences for groups who want to give their people something genuinely exceptional — not a hotel package dressed up as a reward, but a real, considered, Irish experience that says something about what your company values.
Every trip is built from scratch around your group. Your industry, your culture, your people. We start with a conversation and build from there.
Lahinch, Ballybunion, Old Head, Doonbeg — courses with waiting lists and no public tee times. Ireland has more top-100 courses per mile of coastline than anywhere else on earth. We have the relationships to get your group on them, at the right times, without the usual headaches.
From the iconic Guinness Brewery to the remarkable Irish whiskey distilleries that have made the island famous the world over — we arrange private tours and exclusive tastings. Ireland's drinks story is one worth experiencing first-hand.
Irish food has been world-class for decades. The quality of the meat, the dairy, the seafood pulled straight from the Atlantic is exceptional — and the restaurant scene reflects it. We know the finest tables on the island and we'll make sure your group eats extraordinarily well.
The Wild Atlantic Way is one of the most extraordinary places in the world — raw, dramatic, and unlike anywhere else on earth. The Clare coastline, the Ring of Kerry, Connemara. It's worth experiencing, and we know exactly how to do it properly.
Ireland has some of the finest castle hotels and country houses in the world — places with real history, extraordinary settings, and service that matches. We know which ones will genuinely move your group, and we'll make sure you stay in them.
Ireland has a sporting culture unlike anywhere else. Gaelic Games and hurling — sports that exist nowhere else in the world — are elemental to Irish life. Add some of the finest horse racing on the planet, and you have experiences your group simply cannot have anywhere else.
One conversation with us replaces months of venue research, supplier negotiations, and logistics calls. Here's what we take off your plate:
We built Top Shelf Golf because we got tired of watching visitors get the postcard version of this country, when the real one is so much better.
Top Shelf Golf was founded by three Irishmen with decades of combined experience across sport, hospitality, and global brand-building. What brings us together is simpler than that, though — we love this country. The culture, the people, the food, the landscape, the conversations that start in a pub and somehow end three hours later. We've been lucky enough to travel widely, and it's only sharpened our sense of how special Ireland really is, and we want every guest to leave with the kind of memory that stays with them for years. Every trip is designed from that passion and local knowledge, not a search engine.
David has spent over fifteen years in sports marketing, sponsorship and PR, working with some of the biggest brands in the world — adidas, Guinness, and Paddy Power among them. Along the way he's worked closely with genuine sporting royalty: Open Champion Shane Lowry, World Cup winner Emmanuel Petit, Dutch football icon Ruud Gullit, and Lions legend Paul O'Connell, to name a few.
Daniel is the founder of Classport, which he has built and scaled into a leading provider of study abroad opportunities for American students in Ireland — including summer study abroad programmes, internships, and faculty-led programmes. He brings that same precision and relationship-driven approach to every Top Shelf Golf itinerary.
Alan is the founder of AVFC Media, with over fifteen years of experience in advertising and performance marketing. He specialises in affiliate and performance-driven strategy, and has partnered with top global brands and agencies across Europe, the US, and Asia, helping businesses drive millions in revenue through high-quality partnerships. Proudly Irish, he brings a global perspective to every project, with a particular connection to American business after nearly seven years living in New York.
Tell us what you have in mind — group size, dates, whether you want golf, corporate, or something bespoke — and we'll come back to you within 24 hours. No obligation. Just a conversation.
